Well, it's been awhile.
Tonight, a favorite: chicken with sweet potatoes and onions (Real Simple), even though it's 12 WeightWatcher's POINTS, we love it. Also serving Green Beans (with garlic).

Quick and Easy - Spaghetti - 12.30.09
It's Wednesday and little time between getting home from work and the time we leave for church (7pm). So, since there's no left overs, it's spaghetti, using Ragu and whole wheat thin spaghetti. And, of course, parm. cheese. Tomorrow (New Years Eve) will be stir fry.

New Year's Day dinner
My husband has asked for Pork and Sauerkraut for New Years dinner. Apparently this is a tradition in western PA. I'm not crazy about sauerkraut, but anyway, I'm trying to find a good recipe, preferrably for a crock pot (the easiest method, right?).
